Agency Account Forms
Cornell University acts as custodian of certain external resources for independent organizations. The university provides these services only when the funds will be used by the independent organization for activities consistent with or in support of the Instruction, Research, and Public Service missions of the university.
Establishing an Agency Account
- Initiate a request to establish a new account
for the independent organization.
- Complete an Agency Account Approval Request Form
to provide other necessary information.
- If Cornell agrees to set up an account, you must also complete an Agreement Form
outlining the responsibilities of all parties involved.
