ADW Security Review

The following is a list of codes corresponding to specific security access roles.  Within each spreadsheet, these codes are used to identify what type of security each user possesses.  An asterisk (*) in all roles indicates access is limited to the DFA Web site accounting search tool.

ACC- Access to ADW via Brio and the Electronic Monthly Accounting Statements
ACT- Access to Electronic Monthly Accounting Statements only
CRL- Access to ADW Gift Detail Reports
DST- Access to ADW Labor Data and Accounting Budget tables
APL- Access to ADW Accounts Payable Reports (granted automatically with ACC role)
