To fix this: a.) Open Internet Explorer b.) Go to the "Tools" menu at the top of the browser and click on it. c.) Go to the "Internet Options" option and click on it. d.) Click on the "General" tab in the window that pops up. e.) Click on the "Delete Files" button within the middle section of the window ("Temporary Internet files") and click "OK" in the small window that pops up. e.) Next, click on the "Settings" button within the same middle section of the window ("Temporary Internet files"). f.) Choose the very first option "Every visit to the page" and click the "OK" button. That window should close. g.) Click the "OK" button in the next window. That window should close. h.) Close all Internet Explorer browser windows.
