The ADW 2001 tutorial is graphic-intensive and may load slowly. To help prevent loading speed and memory glitches, please make sure that you quit ALL other programs that may be running (especially Eudora).
If you have been viewing a lot of graphics prior to running the tutorial, and you experience problems, you may want to restart your machine.
There are several other end-user setup considerations:
- This program is designed to run on Netscape version 4.06 or later. However, we are finding that users with versions up to 4.08 have difficulty loading the tutorial. We suggest that you work with your technical staff to upgrade to a more current version of Netscape.
- We have had several PC users indicate that they do not see the text at the bottom of the screen. Changing your monitor display to a smaller font size may alleviate this problem.
- Some monitor color depth settings have difficulty handling the quick changes in pages that the tutorial loads. If your colors look distorted, simply minimize the screen, then bring it back up. Alternatively, color depth settings may be changed; however, we suggest you consult with your technical support before making these changes.
