Tutorial Instructions
This tutorial consists of very graphic intensive pages. To help prevent loading speed and memory issues, please make sure that you quit ALL other programs that may be running (especially Eudora).
If you have been viewing a considerable amount of graphics prior to running the tutorial, and you experience problems, you may want to restart your machine.
We have also noticed several other end-user setup issues that you may want to consider, such as:
- Internet Explorer appears to have the least amount of difficulty.
- This program is designed to run on Netscape version 4.06 or later (Netscape version 6x is not supported). However, we have found that users with versions up to 4.08 are having difficulty loading the tutorial. We suggest that you work with your technical staff to upgrade to a more current version of Netscape (currently version 4.7x is on Bear Access).
- We have had several PC users indicate that they do not see the text at the bottom of the screen, or that it appears distorted. This is due to the display settings for the computer being set to Large Fonts. This setting should be set to Small Fonts, which can be accomplished by doing the following: (1) Open the Control Panel, (2) Select Display, (3) Select the Settings tab, (4) Change the font size from Large Fonts to Small Fonts.
- Some monitor color depth settings have difficulty handling the quick changes in pages that the tutorial loads. If your colors look distorted, minimize the screen, then bring it back up. Alternatively, color depth settings may be changed; however, we suggest you consult with your technical person prior to making any changes.
- When you have finished with the program, you may return to the previous page using your browser's "Back" button.

Note: This tutorial will not function properly if you have turned off Java or JavaScript on your browser (located under Netscape menu: Edit, Preferences, Advanced).
